Chosen Solution
I know that I’m not to overload this Kenmore Elite HE3T Washer machine with an “all towel” load and have been faithful at that, but now after about 10 years, even two towels inhibit spin, or a set of king sheets… Seems like some sort of mechanism has gotten weak (like a rubber belt maybe??). I mainly don’t want to get ripped off by a repair company.
From what you’ve said I would bet on the drive belt: Drive Belt If the washer won’t spin or agitate, check the drive belt. If the belt is broken or if it isn’t tight on the pulleys the washer won’t spin or agitate properly. There can be several other things so let us know.
