My Samsung Gear Sport that was given to me doesn’t turn on no matter what I do, and the various Samsung watch chargers either go solid orange or blinking red. Hasn’t work for several months, and supposedly stopped working after the battery was completely drained.
E Shock sounds like a battery that is no longer holding a charge. I would start with the Samsung Flowchart for the No Power situation and replace the battery. That will also give you a known-well starting point if needed. Videos like this one will help you with the battery.
