Chosen Solution
I got my camera delivered with the inside lens rolling around. I realized how to connect it to the camera again, but noticed a slight curve on one side of the lens. I put it facing away (as in the curve was pointing down toward the next lens) and now my pictures will not work. Is there a reason for this ?
If it doesn’t work one way, try it the other! But if you’ve just received it new, send it back and get a replacement.
