I bought a new battery for my Galaxy A3 2016. I would like to know if the battery is a counterfeit and if so whether it has at least the specified capacity. Therefore I want to remove the outer foil of the battery to uncover the laser engraving. Can this affect the functionality of the battery?
It’s risky. You can check the battery with a multimeter safely.
