can I get my Kurig coffee maker repaired……..it doesn’t poke the pod for the water to go through the pod……… feels like it might be bent ???
@esmills__16 if it is truly bend you can replace the needle assembly (depending on your model). Every now and then you can find the parts at places like this. On this guide in step 9 you see two small Philips head screws on the left hand side (above and below the water inlet). Those hold the needle assembly to the top part. Remove those to remove the assembly. Again, take lots of pictures and post those with your question by using this guide.
It looks like the bottom needle that punctures the bottom of the coffee pods has come out of the assemble. Can I put it back in or do I need to get a whole assemble replacement?
I took the bottom assembly out, but I didn’t see a needle. It no longer makes a hole at the bottom. What can I do?
