The battery connector seems to be same with iPhone 5. Can I replace Magic Trackpad 2’s battery by iPhone 5’s battery for temporary?
Sang no you cannot. Different battery (we all know how finicky Apple devices are when it comes to batteries) and a different connector etc. Buy the right battery so you do not have to connect anything temporarily and avoid making costly mods and/errors.
Although it MAY be possible, for your own safety and devices I highly reccomend NOT doing this.
-> Magic Trackpad 2 Teardown It seems that you can do it , but the battery will not have the same capacity (battery drop quickly). There is very similar but not the same voltage. (drain battery also more quickly) Also check it might require to change the connectors to install it, might need soldering skills for that …. I don’t recommend to do it for long last solution…
