The iPhone 5s has tenths of ICs inside. If you don’t know that, I’m sorry but it’s very unlikely you will have the needed knowledge to find out what is faulty inside and even less likely you’ll be able to replace it successfully. It’s not a typical DIY repair. I would suggest you to contact a phone lab specialized in microsoldering or take into consideration a replacement given current 5S prevailing prices.
