I am looking to replace the charging port on my iPad because it got damaged and Apple wants to charge me $700 for repairs. I tried looking on the iPad Pro parts for my iPad, but couldn’t find it. I did find one offered, but it said it wasn’t compatible. Does iFixit have the correct usb-c port, or do I have to get the port from somewhere else?
It’s available from other companies for less than $10, typical of Apple to overcharge something that doesn’t require soldering/component level repair.
