My RCT6773W42B battery is acting up after 3 months. It will not charge correctly when it does it gets up to 10 percent or less than it loses charge without device being on.
Hi @elvenstar70 How long have you had the tablet? If it is less than 12 months, verify the purchase date on the sales receipt and then consult the warranty information that is in the User Guide that came with the tablet, as to what you have to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement.
