Sorry, iFixit does not ship to mainland China. Review this listing International Shipping. The nearest would be either Hong Kong or Taiwan. You might find a shipping forwarder you can leverage to get it into mainland China.
Why would you buy stuff in iFixit in China? iFixit buys stuff from China then you buy stuff back from them? Just buy parts from China directly, lose the middleman.
