Do you need to apply new thermo greese to cpu chips and heat sink rails when replacing logic board? i replaced logic board and everthing works great but just worried i should have applied new thermal greese to cpu chips. thanks Update ok no worries thanks for yout help . will def go and do it now.. many thanks

Yes, you should have applied thermal paste to the CPU. I always recommend that Posters replace the original Thermal Paste that is on the CPU being that Apple uses cheap thermal paste, and it is usually applied very poorly.
