Hi! My SSD recently went dead after 2 years of performing. I found some variants on ebay and I’m curios are they gonna be compatible with my mac? And is is okay if i’m gonna put 256 gb ssd instead of my current 512, cause they are from different manufacturer?

Apple has a few different units which are not interchangeable. I would recommend you look at this as your solution: MacBook Pro with Retina Display 13" & 15" Late 2013, 2014, and 2015.
