i would like to use a different google account with this device. I followed instructions of clearing memory, reboot and got to point of needing the original account that was synced with this device. Any suggestions? I do have wifi connection but not able to use my current google account tp log in
The google account is an anti-theft measure on Android like the iPhone has the Cloud lock. I would suggest getting a refund from where you bought this tablet from, or if you can ask the original owner to login once. Once that is done, the proper way to reset is to got to settings –> backup and storage –> reset this device. After that you can put your own google account in.
