Macbook Air Late 2010: Trackpad. The mechanics of the trackpad only work correctly when pressed on the bottom right corner (it goes down and back up as expected). The bottom left corner is permanently depressed and cannot be pressed or clicked. I am not sure if I need an entire new trackpad or if the issue can be corrected by replacing a part, such as the brackets and screws that iFixit sells. The trackpad works fine otherwise, especially using the “tap to click” function, which does not require depressing on the trackpad. However, I would still like to fix this issue.
