I have an Acer Aspire r5-471T. I think my graphics card may have messed up. My screen won’t turn on but the led indicators do. I tried the battery reset and that did not help. I know my model has integrated graphics (intel 520) but I don’t know how to fix this problem.
Hi @saulsadiq12 , Do you get the “Acer splash screen’ on startup before Windows starts to load? Try connecting an external monitor and check if its display is OK Try starting in ‘safe mode’ and see if the screen works. What OS is installed in the laptop?
Try connecting the laptop to an external monitor. If everything looks ok, it means you need to get the screen replaced.
