Hey there! I switched on my blackberry bold 9700 after many months after plugging the charger, display shows a battery symbol with a red cross mark on it. Can you help me??
Since you powered up after a long period of disuse, what probably happened is that the protection circuitry inside the battery itself probably drained it to the point where it won’t accept a charge. I recommend getting a replacement battery.
