I have a 6 plus that is pretty much new now does not turn on at all, apple will not do anything because it had a screen repaired (they tried to have it repaired by Apple) if i put an old 6 plus genuine lcd on and go back will they have a record of the previous exchange? thanks
Yes it is logged. It is practically impossible to get your device serviced now.
