How can I get the battery door fixed?
@mikegail here are the disassembly instructions for your camera DMC-FS15-disassembly.pdf . Page 6 shows the final step to get to the battery door. The battery door is available as a separate part. The Panasonic part number for the door is VYK2Z06 and it is not cheap. I’d try ebay.com or other online places for a replacement.
