The phone was dropped. exterior not damaged. The display is now striped vertically. The displayed images move underneath the stripes, which are broad and translucent. Image under the stripes there appear washed out. On the right side there are narrower, darker stripes. Also on the right side the touch function does not work. Is it likely at screen replacement would cure the problem? Is it likely that some connection or other repairable problem resulted from the drop? Suggestions as to how to proceed. Thank you
Hello, this is most likely just a damaged LCD and should be easily fixed by replacing the LCD.
