I have an iPhone 6 which I disassemble it many times, then I got an iPhone 7 in my hands, the poor phone… I thought the ribbons inside it were like the iPhone 6 on the top, so like an idiot, I pulled very hard the screen and TADA, I destroyed the ribbons -_-, clean cut. Is there a way to replace it without buying a new screen?
It is an easy mistake to make I have done it a couple of times myself. But I’m afraid you will not be able to find anyone to repair the flex cables and if you did it would cost five times the amount of purchasing another screen.
