Power button turns on device, chimes, Apple display gets to 40% then blinks every 10 seconds. Never finishes boot. Have tried shift+ control+ option and power to reset. Touchpad does make click sound when pushed. Still nothing more. Battery charges & cord connected - green light on. No water damage. Did try to use in Ireland with proper adapter. Hasn’t worked since.
Try an external monitor/tv with an Hdmi or miniDVI adapter. That’s a good starting point to identify whether it’s a display or a logic board issue.
