Sorry to tell you your display is damaged. Somehow your system got sat on or banged, damaging the LCD inside. You’ll need a new display assembly. Here’s the IFIXIT guide you’ll need to follow: MacBook Pro 15" Retina Display Late 2013 Display Assembly Replacement and here’s the needed part: MacBook Pro 15" Retina (Late 2013-Mid 2014) Display Assembly Looking at your Samsung display it too has a display issue! The horizontal line is what we call a TAB error which is where the metal oxide trace on the glass has broken on a few of the horizontal lines.
