so after i replaced my battery on my iphone 6s and put everything back together the display acts strange. some apps works with 3d touch and some dont. also when i push down for 3d touch colored blotches come up in that spot. however when the phone is unscrewed and just not put together everything works fine. please help Update (10/26/2018) does this mean i need a new display?
Sounds like the iPhone housing edges have been bent inwards and when you push in the lcd it doesn’t sit flush. Try straightening the housing where it’s damaged and the lcd should get back working properly.
i cant seem to get the lcd back in all the way
the part of the lcd that doesnt go in fits in but doesnt stay flush it pops out a little still
