Hi, I have an iphone 5 with no display. When I connect a working LCD the phone just keeps making bong sound after every few seconds. What could be the issue here? The LCD connectors looks fine to me. If anyone faced a similar issue please let me know. Thanks
It means there is an LCD connection issue. Did it just go bad for no apparent reason?
Perform a hard reset of the phone. It is currently under the impression there is no display attached ( hence the “bong bong bong”) so it is not sending display. Reset the phone with the display attached and it should recognize the display if there is no hardware interference.
