Thats pretty bad. But I say either way the screen will need replacing. Since its cheaper than a logic board, we’ll start with that and see if it fixes your issue iPhone 6 Screen Replacement also what condition is the home button in? (its blurry) that’s a part that’s important if you want touchID due to it being paired with the phone you need the original for Touch ID to work
