Hello, recently my Macbook pro (late 2013, Retina) 13", made a silent “puuk” sound and the display stopped working. Apple authorized service said - after a diagnosis - that I need display assembly replacement due to the backlight failure. It is weird because backlight chip & fuse is on the board. Can they have right?
