I’m having the same problem with my Kenmore series 665. I’ve replaced the drain pump, motherboard and float switch. I’ve cleared the drain line. The unit worked fine for 4+ years, and now will not drain completely during the cycles. It will drain if I press the cancel button multiple times. Did you ever figure out the problem?
