Chosen Solution
Yesterday I took my ps4 apart and I put it back together and now it won’t let me put the disc in not just one bit. There is this black plastic blocking the entrance. Any solutions pls help. That is the only way to turn my ps4 on because the power button is also jammed.
Try using the manual eject button. If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to access the top of the blu-ray drive. Remove the top metal plate and you’ll likely find the rollers are locked in the downward position. You can pull up on the white connecting rod while pushing down on the black plastic to either side to pop the rollers out. Might as well clean them while they’re out (and the laser pickup’s lens too). Put it back together and it should function normal.
