This question is not about the clutch cover, it’s the metal hinge enclosing the antenna and camera wiring as shown in the picture. https://d3nevzfk7ii3be.cloudfront.net/ig… Is it possible to remove the wiring from the hinge? I have to replace the antenna cables but do not want to disassemble the display for the camera wiring. Trying to bypass all that by keeping that wire and using the new hinge for the antenna assembly I just ordered. Thank you in advance for you help and insight!
No and the display unit cannot be disassembled. The only way to repair this is to replace the entire display unit, or somehow repair the broken antenna cable.
