Chosen Solution
Left iPhone 4s out in rain. When I opened it to dry it out water came out. I disassembled it , cleaned it with alcohol, and dried it out. Reassembled it, put it on charge and the low battery symbol appeared. I waited until it turned on and backed it up to iTunes . Since it seemed ok I tried to upgrade the software to 9. partway through the upgrade the screen went white. Since then, no iPhone. What now?
Sounds like a last hurrah . There could be a chance for your phone with a new or another battery Hope this helps
