hi i bought a new external hard disk and at was very fast in copying deleting …… but suddenly it became very slow and i cant even delete any folders or send any thing from my laptop to it …. the problem that it when i copy some thing it do not give me any error massages it only copy 0 % and at the end nothing is copy ……. i need a solution please :( i tried all the ways of copying ,,,, but it is unsuccessful
Try the external hard disk on another computer to help identify the issue. If it fails on another Mac, use your warranty and have it replaced. If it is within 30 ays, the store will usually exchange it for you (less hassle than using the warranty).
