I cant find this component marked in red on the image. I have the schematic but cant finish to identify it cause the component is totally away. Any clue will be appreciated.
xinuxnt, that is reference designator Q3805. It is a SSM3K15FV Field Effect Transistor Silicon N Channel MOS Type. As in where to purchase it, that will depend on where you reside etc. Amazingly enough, they do show up on ebay. Hope this helps, good luck.
