Hello - I took apart my iPhone 6 last night and swapped out the battery. I’ve worked on the 4s and 5 before without issues, but this one was a little tougher. I believe I damaged the digitizer when assembling the phone. When I type on my keyboard, my email app randomly opens (app located on home screen FYI). I also notice sometimes when I try to unlock my device the touch screen doesn’t work unless I lock and unlock again. Just seems finicky, and I am assuming I pushed too hard when putting the front panel back on. Argh! Thoughts? Update (01/13/2017) iMedic hit the nail on the head. I am a complete idiot and was following the 6 Plus guide, not the 6 guide, which has different screws. I believe I ruined the logic board due to using the wrong screws for the front panel assembly cable bracket.

It’s definately possible. One thing I’m wondering is did you put all the screws, for the display cables, back in the exact same order you took them out? If it isn’t lsd, then you just need a new display iPhone 6 Screen Replacement iPhone 6 LCD and Digitizer
