I’m going to start repairing this phone, the glass is cracked but all touch works (samsung members app test) and in the title, can someone tell me what each of them are and which one I need/easiest? Thanks!
Digitizer: Its apart of the glass panel that covers the LCD of the phone screen, it is how the phone senses your touch and inputs it into the phone, where you tapped on the phone. Front glass: Common sense, its the glass screen that you touch and what cracks when you drop your phone. LCD: Its the panel that shows everything you see on your devices screen, aka the most important part if you plan on having a working phone You mentioned that your glass is cracked on the device. The easiest way to fix it is to buy a whole screen assembly, and try to sell your cracked screen online or something. I will add that a glass only repair is possible to do, but is very challenging and time consuming. Also very easy to mess up. But as you said you wanted the easiest way, so Your best bet is to go online and purchase a new screen (includes everything you listed in the title already assembled.)
