Hi! Is there any real difference between the 13’ 2011 and the 13’ 2012 Screen Assembly? Are they compatible with eachother?

Yes, they are different! Apple altered the design enough that they are not interchangeable.

Macbook Air 13" 2010-2012 are compatible with each other, no differences.

what about the logic board?
