Battery health is 98% and only has 80 charges on it Amps charging is 2.00 and 1.50 when screen asleep its still in that range Turns on but when running any other apps Youtube it crashes back to apple logo Tried factory reset nothing is working what part is it?
Possibly a board issue. However, if it is crashing on a particular app, try a full restore in iTunes (PC or Mac required).
