Hi all, Anyone have any idea what might be causing my Asus Transformer 3 Pro T303UA to suddenly lose power and turn off when on battery? The power loss is immediate — it doesn’t go through a shutdown sequence; the screen simply goes blank. The battery doesn’t seem to be draining either - it’s still got about the same amount of charge left when turned back on. Everything runs fine when the computer’s plugged in. Could it possibly be some software thing, or is my battery gubbed? Thanks!
@jonathanboom this definitely sounds like a battery issue. Possibly needing a new battery or worst case, it has issues with the battery circuitry on your motherboard. Try a new battery first.
