There is no sound coming out of the speakers when the device is turned on. have the volume turned all the way up but still there is no sound emitting from device.

Make sure the device your pairing it to is turned on. If your device is turned on and the music is opened then press play on either the speaker or the paired device.

How is eric diaz’s answer an answer?? We know to press play… we’re not morons. There is still no sound coming from my speaker no matter what I try.
