I have checked the belt and under the spinner and agitator. Nothing was under them and the rubber piece under the spinner looked good. It occasionally would make a single clicking sound. AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE top load Item NO 048-GM-48216
@dafishy not spinning or agitating is most commonly cause by a failed lid switch. You could try and apply a jumper to see if that will work. We would need an exact model number for your washer to try and help you with this task. It may also help if you post some pictures of the lid lock etc. Adding images to an existing question
