I set a security password to my dell E6230 and i forget it. I have followed steps to follow when reseting pois password, removed CMOS battery and still its the same. So if anyOne Knows please help
You need to pay someone on ebay for the master code. A simple battery disconnect won’t work. Its part of their security platform. The Latitude series has enterprise level security. http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw=a15… I had to do this once. These are not cheap!

The password derivation algorithm for Dell BIOS passwords has been reverse engineered. You should be able to generate the master password to unlock the laptop using free tools like https://bios-pw.org/
(In case anyone has this issue in the future and finds this answer, you shouldn’t pay for a password unlock, the sellers are likely using free tools to generate the password anyway)
