@ramses2 luckily there are plenty of options and thos timers are readily available. Something like this might work for you. If not, I am sure we could all get our heads together and design one for you.

Have you looked at Philips Hue products? Philips Hue Starter Kits. Basically, you control the light via your smartphone Apple App Store - Philips Hue Using the App you can gang up a few lights that alter their light color or on/off at set times. Using a few Siri scripts you can create a bunch of preset timers you could select. You can place the lights around your home so no matter where you are you can see the alarms alert.
