Dead. No power. manual power switch. On back of tv. Nothing. Update (05/05/2022) E60u-D3 Part# 10253120231 Vizio. I would automatically think power supply board. Update (05/05/2022) There is ac to the power board. Found the switch on the back of the tv to turn it on, but since nothing happens I wasn’t sure tat worked. Found the remote and used that, but again nothing happens so did the switch work? Anyway there is power in , ac, but nothing coming out of the power board, ac or dc. (Celebrated my 84th birthday yesterday. Fixing computers and stuff
since the Apple II.). I have added some pictures of the back of the tv, power supply and switches on the end of the tv.
Have any clue where I might find a replacement ps board? First time looking for tv parts.
@ldonj it is absolutely possible that this is your power supply. You would need a multimeter and check if you have power going to the board first. You can check it on the fuse just be aware that it will have common household voltage (not sure where you are so either 120VAC or 240VAC) Use you meter with one probe on there and the other on the “N” puin of the connector. If you do have power, check the fuse for continuity. We’ll have to work our way through this since there are no schematics that I can find. Once you know you have power going to the board you could check on CN201 which looks like the connector that would have the voltages needed for your TV to come on. Measure it against the silkscreening that has the values listed. Connector 2-10 seem to be backlight so for now you can skip those.
