== my phone is dead ==when its on charging. its power ic board is completely dead….i have my very special memories on that phone and i don’t find any way to find my photos….please give me solution to recover my photos.
@dashing_girl for as long as your phone does not respond, you cannot retrieve anything from the memory. No software will work for that. You do have to try and repair the phone at least for as long as it takes to remove the files. It might help if you let us know what happened to the phone and open it up. Check for obvious damage. If there is none you will need a multimeter and do some testing.
