Chosen Solution
Hi, Just reballed a iPhone 5Cs u15 IC since touch was bad. Done this plenty of times before, without any problem. Now it’s completely dead and board becomes really hot. I accidentally removed heat shield for CP because of brain lag (thought it was iPhone 5). Except from that nothing special. U15 installed correctly and not find any damages in my visual inspection. Now clue how I should proceed now. Any ideas?
if it was me i would remove the ic and check if there is any power as it was the thing you worked on before having the problem
