Dyson DC41. Can you add a “spin off” video (off of the Wheels video) on what to do when the RECLINE mechanism is locked up and won’t allow the rotating brushes to work?
The latch you are looking for is (1) in the attached picture. Use a flathead screwdriver. You are going to slide it in near point (2) when the vacuum is upright or down. Then clean the joint well, even a tiny amount of dirt or gunk will cause it to malfunction.
