locking mechanism not engageing in uprite position
Hi If your dyson isn’t staying in the upright position it’s one of the mechanisms that may have failed Here’s a video on how to fix it! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=rXStGySoAV… Skip ahead to 20:30 in the video but I do recommend doing the full seat down as it’s fairly simple and it breathes new life into the machine At 20:30 it will show you the change over valve area ,it’s hard to pinpoint what part of it has failed but it should be fairly obvious when you see it Hopefully this helps Any questions please ask Thanks:-)
