Hello everyone, Now, I am looking for a DC power supply for repairing iPhone. I have found that there are some power supply of which voltage and current is adjustable. For voltage, I think I should be adjusted about 4 V. For current I have no information. I would like to ask about the current adjusting. How much current from power supply should I adjust? Is a power supply with 0-30 V and 0-5 A enough for iPhone repairing? Thank you very much
A 30V/5A is more than enough to repair iPhones and iPads. You will want a DCPS that has current limiting so that when there is a short, the voltage will drop in order to maintain a constant current. This will limit the damage to the power supply (DCPS) and the device under test (DUT).
