Chosen Solution Replaced the display exactly how the guide said (disconnected the battery 1st). Phone is completely unresponsive after putting it back together. Screen is completely black and my PC and iTunes wont detect the phone. I tried putting the old screen back on to see if it would work but it did not. Chosen Solution I have a MacBook A1181 2.0GHz mid 2007 with a dark display (random). I could make it work by putting the brightness the whole way down and then back up again, but that stopped working. I put another, known good, display on it and that didn’t help. So, I put in a new logic board. It worked until I closed the lid and opened it back up. Now it’s dark again and I can’t get it to go bright again....

Chosen Solution My MacBook Pro is from mid-2012, whenever I play audio or video from left side speaker getting distorted sound. It sounds like the speaker has failed. Using the Sound control panel try a mono recording of someone speaking sliding the bias between the two speakers (left & right) to be sure it’ the left speaker thats bad. It’s a bit of work as you’ll need to take the logic board out....

Chosen Solution It was working but after storage it doesn’t charge, only shows the red battery image and now nothing at all. Battery is dead now. Have had it connected before so it is not cable or 30 pin connector. Any ideas? I think the battery is bad. The battery very well could have completely discharged while stored. Chosen Solution I replaced the diode, the driver, and the three capacitors. I had to run a jumper from the diode to the pad under the driver because I lifted the pad. Any ideas why im getting a weak and flickering backlight? Did ya check the filters? Also maybe double check your jump?

Christine, smoke from engine, probably not fuel pump related. Have a good auto technician have a look, diagnose and estimate repair.
