Chosen Solution Hi so my Samsung S8 Active (SM-G892U)(T-Mobile) has a crumpled USB port. The internal pins are all meshed up. It’ll charge but seems dangerous considering USB C power and doesn’t obviously sit properly. I am trying to find a daughterboard but everything I can find references the AT&T model number (SM-G892A). Does this matter, are all the parts interchangeable? I know the daughterboard connects the cell antennas too which makes me worried if it isn’t the exact part....
Chosen Solution My Nokia 105 fell into water and flew to pieces (back, battery, body) so, though it was switched on, that instantly switched it off. I retrieved it immediately and dried the parts superficially. I have taken out the two screws (arrowed in image) but inserting a spudger between the external body and the edge of the internal frame/panel (most of what is visible in the image) meets more resistance than I am happy with....
Chosen Solution Yesterday I took my ps4 apart and I put it back together and now it won’t let me put the disc in not just one bit. There is this black plastic blocking the entrance. Any solutions pls help. That is the only way to turn my ps4 on because the power button is also jammed. Try using the manual eject button. If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to access the top of the blu-ray drive....

I took the phone from the case ASAP and turned it off, then put it in rice (before I read that it is not recommended). Turned it back on after an hour or so and saw screen lines, but the touch screen was responsive and there didn’t seem to be any other problems....
Chosen Solution moved processer to another room and now it wont start , says there is a power supply problem @dirkster if it worked before then you need to check the power supply cord and outlet. Also, move it back to the other room and see if that makes a difference. It is unlikely that a simple move will cause some hardware issue with your computer.

Chosen Solution I have a 1994 chevy suburban (didnt give that year option when choosing for post) with the 5.7L gas engine. She idles fine, revs fine in park, but when I go to drive, if I accelerate hard she bogs n stutters. If I’m in 4th gear and try to accelerate, same thing. I can only accelerate very slowly once in fourth gear. Engine bogs down, trans doesn’t seem to even try to downshift to help accelerate....

Chosen Solution Hard drive stopped working. So I followed the Step-by-Step guides on this site and replacing the hard drive. Put everything back together and turned the computer on there was nothing. No power light and no screen (black). Whats weird is some times the power light will come on and stay on. No blinking just solid. Did some reading and found out its common for the capacitors to go bad....
Chosen Solution My GE freezer(bottom)works fine.fridge is warm-took all trays out,and inside at back is a panel.took 3screws out ,pulled panel off gently.at bottom is opening,and nice cold air! Looked at panel.had to unplug it.it has a little door that open and closes .this was shut solidxthus the fridge was not letting in cold air. Wat do I do now? Lucky, the little door is a damper door to allow cold air from freezer in to fresh food section....
Chosen Solution This drive almost constantly makes grumbling, rumbling noises, as if it were reading and writing. The obvious suspect—Spotlight indexing—is not the issue. An Apple Certified technician said that the drive isn’t failing. User forums have quite a number of people reporting this problem. But given that the 27" requires that replacement drives be from the same manufacturer as the original, it seems likely that a new drive from Seagate won’t be any better....

When I was getting the hard drive changed they wanted to charge me another $200 to set up my laptop, so I would like to try and do it myself. First way, the “ghetto” way is to slightly pull up your headphone out of the socket while turning it counter-clock wise to receive sound in both sides of your heads phones....
Chosen Solution I replaced the screen on my daughters iphone 8 plus and I had to move over the home button from the broken screen. When I put everything back together the home button was not working. So I order a new home button, installed it and it doesn’t work either. Any idea what is going on? Sounds like you might have damaged the home button flex the one that goes from the screen to the logic board....

Chosen Solution When trying to create partition I get this error message : Back up the disk and use Disk Utility to format it as a single Mac OS Extended (Journaled) volume. Restore your information to the disk and try using Boot Camp Assistant again. But when i check my drive under disk utility it says that my drive is already in MacOS External (journaled). What could the problem be? I posted this previously but I haven’t got any suggestions....
Chosen Solution Recently, my Bose OE headphones have been malfunctioning and have only been playing sound in the left ear. I am confident that the wire is not the problem, however, I am concerned about how I use these headphones. I tend to fall asleep to podcasts and whenever I do this I push down on either one side of the headphone. Now, I notice that if I push against the broken right ear headphone side, it plays the sound but only if the pressure is just right....
