Connect iPhone to Wall Charger for 10 minutes, if still OFF, keep on charger and Reset, hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until the iPhone begins to respond.

Chosen Solution I have a situation where my Mac Book powers up (I can here it chime) but nothing displays. I’ve tried all the tricks to reset the computer but nothing. The external display doesn’t work either. I am pretty sure the problem is to do with damage on what I think is called the LCD connector. The connector coming from the display has some damaged pins. Chosen Solution My Dell has very similar board layout as this one. It display for about 1 second after each power on and then darked out. Power off and on again give me another second but that’s is. I shine a strong light on the screen in the hope that I can see a shadow of the display but nothing. With help from this site, I tear down the case but not able to troubleshoot because of my limited knowledge....

Hi Les, Photoshop and Illustrator do take advantage of disks installed in your system for extra ‘scratch’ space. But you do have to enable it for each available disk. In Photoshop you can specify which disks are used first before the Application uses other disks....

Chosen Solution I replace the lower case, everything went smooth, but now when I hooked up the battery and hit power the fans just bump and do nothing… I hook up the power supply and the fans bump constantly. I get a green light on the power supply, the battery is at 3 lights but won’t charge… I replaced the I/O board and the same issue. I reset the SMC and tested the jumper on the logic board for the power bypass… fans respond same....

Chosen Solution I replaced the screen using the official ifixit screen with the integrated fingerprint reader. after replacing the screen, the fingerprint function was not working. if I try to enroll a new fingerprint, I get a prompt saying the phone can’t use the fingerprint sensor and to take it for repair. it also included a link to “http://g.co/pixel/fingerprintunlock" which just redirects to google’s docs on using the fingerprint reader. I took apart the back, cleaned out all the dust around the coils, plugged back in and I just hear a clicking sound when I plug in but nothing turn on but the light. Chosen Solution My GE profile (GFE28HMHEES) french door dispenser quit working. The dispenser switch clicks, and turns the light on, but zero dispenser activity including water. The top (door) ice maker is not working. The fridge has a new filter and the lower IM is working great. The door close switch seems to be working, it shuts the refridge lights off. I can still select options on the front touch pad and change stuff....

A greenish background appeared around the corner of the display. After 20 - 30 minutes this greenish issue disappears. Sometime it takes longer than 40- 50 minutes to disappear. This thing happen when I turn off the laptop or put it on sleep for a long time say 3-4 hours or more....

Used the tutorial off of this site to figure out how to take it apart properly, and piece it back together. Go to turn it on, and it won’t respond to the buttons. So, check the hold, make sure it’s not on, make sure it’s charged, the whole nine yards....
Chosen Solution So i opened up an iphone 7, used a hair dryer to loosen then a pry tool gently to open bottom left, then lifted it open with my fingers. It had original seal but opened easy enough. Once opening, i couldn’t carry out any repairs, as the y screwdriver i had been provided was too big. so i closed the phone back up. upon restart, no touch ID, and no home button....
